Recruitment Specialist - Graduate role, Watford, Hertfordshire
£20,000 - £28,000 + commission and quarterly bonus
Vitae Financial Recruitment is looking to source a capable and highly driven recruitment professional to join their ranks.
Unlike many agencies who have a generic numbers driven approach, Vitae has set about attracting both candidates and clients alike with in-depth market knowledge, and a real consultative approach. With this in mind, our consultants need to understand what makes their clients tick and provide a service that is both informed and value added. From an employee perspective you will be driven to succeed and still have the burning desire to make the perfect match regardless of how many successful recruits have gone before. In addition, you will have enough initiative and creativity to tackle a market that can be very unforgiving.
Interested applicants will be able to explain how they will be able to introduce, develop and maintain high profile business relationships moving forward. Communication skills both written and oral will be of the highest standard and a strong academic background (A Levels and good degree from a reputable institution) will be required to fall back on as you negotiate through your daily activities.
