The role is 30 minutes NW of Laredo in Encinal, Texas.
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will support the execution of high volume recruitment and selection to meet company talent requirements. Plus they will also coordinate and conducts applicant sourcing, tracking, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collaborates with hiring managers to define nature and timing of talent requirements.
2. Execute recruitment and selection strategies and tactics to ensure timely population of workforce possessing required competencies.
3. Administers internal job posting program to encourage continuous development and facilitate talent retention. Maintains policies and procedures to ensure fair and equitable progression opportunities.
5. Coordinates and conducts applicant sourcing, tracking, screening, interviewing and onboarding. Ensures hiring managers are familiar with recruiting and selection processes and are trained to conduct interviews and document assessments. Expedites timely selection decisions to optimize resources and maintain competitive advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of high volume recruitment.
• Applicant tracking system experience is a plus
• Prior supervisor experience required
