As the Recruitment Systems Analyst, you will be the expert in the management of our Applicant Tracking System, Taleo. You will take the lead in system configuration and user maintenance, ensuring all changes are documented, tested and implemented appropriately.
Your previous experience will allow you to lead functionality testing for new developments and upgrades on all recruitment systems, either directly or through project groups. You will also deliver systems training to the wider team whilst keeping abreast of industry technologies and recommending new solutions.
We need a guru, someone with extensive knowledge of working with an ATS, ideally Taleo, and can push both the system itself and the Talent Resourcing Team to maximise its functionality both on a day to day basis and looking at the bigger picture. The right candidate would have previously provided the bridge between the Business, HR and I.T, and is able to digest the requirements from the end users into the technical configurations required by technical support.
We care more about your experience that your qualifications, so our background criteria are open, however, an understanding of the recruitment process and Applicant Tracking Systems would be advantageous. You must be able to deal with a diverse and demanding client population and be confident in your abilities with Excel and other reporting tools. This will be your role, so come in and make things happen your way.
