My client is looking for experienced Technical Support / IT Technician / Helpdesk Support candidates with experience of dealing with support issues relating to software.

Duties will include leaning and supporting the products and programs of the software, answering support calls, doing so as efficiently as possible as well as assisting in issue resolution. It is essential you have previous use of databases and software packages.

You will need the following skills / attributes for this role:
- Previous experience in a support analyst, IT technician / support roles
-Fantastic customer service skills a must
-The ability to remain calm and polite all at times, especially when working under pressure and to deadlines.
-Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal / communication skills
-Good IT Skills
