Description
Duties: Review operational processes and systems and conduct studies to measure operational efficiency, document process maps, and identify process bottlenecks. Apply business process reengineering best practices, including Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, to drive projects designed to improve operational efficiencies, increase effectiveness, and reduce total cost of operations. Direct the identification and documentation of gaps and risks, and drive the resolution of issues that potentially impact the operations and technology environment. Use statistics and data analytics to develop executive dashboard and metrics to track end-to-end process efficiency and enable senior management decision making. Quantify and develop financial cost/benefit analyses tied to reengineering initiatives, and track the realization of resulting financial benefits. Develop methodology to select appropriate technology solutions to address operational issues and supervise the tool selection and implementation process. Collaborate with internal groups to coordinate the standardization of processes across regions and functions. Measure customer satisfaction, identify root causes of customer issues, and work with line managers to resolve customer complaints. Use statistical techniques and software to identify areas of risk, measure exposure, and develop remediation plans. Supervise a client-facing team of process engineers in executing organizational change management and driving large projects to completion.
