THE DUTIES:

• Initial Psych/ Rehab Assessments: Vocational Assessing, Counselling, Retraining Advising, more...!!!
• Liaison with Insurers, treating doctors, unions, and general stakeholders to ensure a swift return to work.
• Case Management
• Complex other cases
• Report Writing
• Travel in NSW (Own car for local travel needed - pool car for distance)

ABOUT YOU: You will have...

• ...a Rehabilitation Counsellor / Psychologist degree which is assessed and recognised in Australia and full registration with your professional association. (Psychs on a registration program with external supervisor may be considered)
• ...prior experience in Occ Rehab Case Mgmt inc completing Vocational Assessments.
• ...a driving license.
• ...a working and developed understanding of WorkCover and ComCare legislation.
• ...a valid visa or citizenship to Australia.
• ...availability to start work in the next month or two.
• ...superb communication skills, and able to be organised in many areas of the business.
