Regional Account Director, Financial Software Solutions, Singapore recruitment
As part of aggressive expansion plans across Asia, a global vendor of financial software and services is seeking to hire a Regional Account Director based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of Asia, the Regional Account Director will be responsible for managing and developing 1 – 2 key accounts working across all functions including Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking as well as any additional business lines, e.g. Insurance.
The Regional Account Director needs to have an in-depth understanding of his/her assigned accounts including key business objectives, opportunities and threats. This will be gained through having developed strong C level relationships across both Business IT functions. The Account Director is then responsible for leading and closing integrated solutions sales campaigns within these accounts in line with business requirements.
Role
- Build strong C- level relationships/partnerships across Business IT within assigned accounts
- Understand all business functions in order to sell solutions across the entire organization
- Manage existing revenue and identify new business opportunities within specified accounts
Requirements
- Senior Management / Business professional with experience of managing high level relationships within the financial services sector
- Deep banking / capital markets domain knowledge
- Extensive Account Management experience within the financial IT world or alternatively with an enterprise technology vendor specializing within FSI
- Prior experience of managing key banking accounts within the Singaporean market, i.e. UOB, SCB, OCBC, DBS
- Experience managing and achieving significant revenue targets
- Fluent in Englis
