Regional Accounting Manager (Pharmaceutical Industry) recruitment
The Regional Accounting Manager is the strategic finance partner for the Business Unit Asia Pacific Management Board. You will have overall responsibility for internal controls, risk management and compliance, including SOX compliance, business compliance and statutory compliance. You will work closely with legal, healthcare compliance and other compliance functions in the company to provide guidance and support to Asia Pacific countries to ensure a healthy and compliant business environment. This role will also oversee the accounting policies, and processes and related activities for Asia Pacific Region. You will also act as the regional champion to liaise with Global Finance Services to drive accounting standardization and process improvement.
You must have a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 8 years of working experience in accounting and commercial finance. Strong influencing, networking and mediating abilities. Ability to work effectively in real and virtual team environments and to be comfortable with ambiguity. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail. You must have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and strong written and verbal communications skills.
