An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join this International Company based in Belmont. This role is for a minimum of 6 to 12 months and will be the sole administrator here in WA.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3-5 years administration support experience (ideally including Sales and Service administration) and also solid PA experience.

As the sole administrator of the office you will be based on reception, however this is NOT just a reception role.

Duties of the role include:
Managing day to day scheduling of activities for WA Sales and Service Managers
Co-ordinating travel arrangements-including flights and accommodation
Provide assistance for Projects and Tender submissions
Organise Conferences and Functions
Accounts Payable
Produce written correspondence
Central point of contact for all sales/service queries
All general administrative duties.

The ideal candidate must be highly organised, have great initiative and the ability to multi task. The successful candidate will be rewarded within a great team environment, in a new office and a long standing team.
