Regional Application Maintenance Manager
Asentis on behalf of a leading Pharmaceutical organization is looking for a RAMM
The role has responsibility to manage/support the local/regional HRIS related activities in each country/region as well as provide SME expertise in the Reports, Interfaces,. The Regional Application Maintenance Manager provides technical solution expertise and acts as a liaison between the global IS, local IS, regional IS, regional HR , third party outsourced vendor and business stakeholders to ensure that the engage application is effectively supported and maintained in accordance with the contractual SLA's and compliance requirements. The role will provide IS/IT SAP HR architectural expertise and technical direction to system development and integration projects as they arise.
The Regional Application Maintenance Manager will partner with project managers, business analysts, and solution engineers to resolve defects/issues that are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet the financial targets (cost and benefits).
IS Project Management/Technology Implementation:
- Act as a point of expertise on SAP HR for countries and facilitate resolution of issues between countries and 3rd party supplier
- Work with third party suppliers and countries as required and contribute to the creation of local technical design documents for RICE
- Oversee execution of local technical project plans as required in the IS Project Management Methodology (ISPMM) and Project Management Framework
- Accountable for wave related IS status reporting
- Manage relationships with key business stakeholders and ensure that global technical blueprint is effectively maintained and the impact of projects/ programmes is understood by the business
- Drive resolution of risks and issues as defined in ISPMM and PMF; involve other organizations/stakeholders as required
- Ensure assurance activities are performed to confirm adherence to internal (ISPMM PMF) and external (GxP, FTA, SOX) standards
- Work closely with regional solution manager, service delivery manager within HR and regional engagement manager within IS to maintain engage within the region
Essential
- SAP HR experience on a large-scale outsourcing engagement particularly experience with RICE elements (Reports, Interfaces, Data Conversion and Enhancements)
- Global experience to work across delivering HR technology solutions across different geographies
- Experience of developing and managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers
- Proven track record in transitioning/supporting high risk outsourcing programme and decision making
- Strong networking skills with good internal/external links
- Experience of developing and leading innovative solutions
- Experience of policies, procedures and guidelines within a quality and compliance environment
- Demonstrate strong, communication and relationship building skills with experience of collaborating and sharing knowledge between teams
- Evidence of shaping and developing innovative solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organisation
- Excellent business engagement and business acumen with sensitivity to political/economic environment
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent
- At entry level at least 5 years experience within another relevant IS areas
