Regional Asset Manager
Primary Purpose: -Coordinate and manage the proper application, specification, standardization, maintenance and repair oversight of the Region(s) assets. -Coordinate within the Region(s) regarding all aspects of asset procurement, maintenance and general oversight. -Coordinate redeployment of the Terminals mobile equipment assets. -Manage and audit KM standards as supported and implemented by (TAG) Terminals Asset Group. -To support the utilization and effective use of Terminals CMMS for all regional assets. -Establish working relationships with OEM regional representatives and their franchise dealers. -To provide oversight and quality control (QC) for heavy equipment needs and practices. -Manage short and long term facility asset integrity programs as required by TAG Terminals Asset Group. -Uniformly work with the Region(s) Management, Operations, EHS, Procurement, and Business Development departments to carry out the job?s Primary Purpose. -Work in conjunction with the Regional Management and TAG to develop and implement standardized recommended fixed and mobile asset maintenance practices. -Prepare and analyze CMMS Data Reports for compliance to company set standards, requirements, and directives. -Assist Regional Training Managers in the development and updates of SMP?s, SSMP?s, and applicable KM policies and directives relative to proper application and maintenance of assets. -Support all training programs associated with the operation and maintenance of company assets. -Understand and utilize where applicable new and existing OEM and allied equipment National Agreements. -Understand operating and ownership costs of all regional assets as comparable to like equipment across entire business unit. -Coordinate with Region(s) Management on Capital Equipment Budgeting for purchasing or leasing of major equipment. -All other duties as assigned.
