Regional Associate recruitment
This role involves making daily proactive outbound telephone calls to advisors in an assigned territory to compliment the Regional Manager’s field coverage.
Someone successful in this role will:
• Work on a team to develop new assets and maintain positive relationships with financial advisors and clients.
• Profile financial advisors and match up an appropriate investment product based on established needs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support new products and client retention strategies.
• Educate financial advisors to educate our clients about the firm’s investment philosophy, rationale, products and services.
• Enthusiastically contact advisors to maintain relationships, create meeting/seminar opportunities and offer service.
Desired Skills Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent and at least two years of sales or client services experience in the investment industry or Bachelor’s degree and one year of sales or client services experience in the investment industry
• Series 63 and 65 or “new”, (as of January 1, 2000), Series 65 highly recommended
• Solid knowledge of stocks, stock markets and the financial services industry.
• Solid mathematical skills including ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good individual and group presentation skills
• Strong and effective customer service orientation.
• Ability to multi-task, work with time constraints, and meet deadlines.
