As part of our continual investment in frontline positions, a Regional Business Executive (RBE) position has become available. As the RBE you will play a critical role in managing the financial performance of the Business Banking Centres in your Perth metro region, champion best practice relationship banking and position NAB as the premier business bank within the local market.
Managing Business Banking Executives and their teams, this presents as an exceptional opportunity for someone ready to take the next significant step in their career. A natural coach and people-leader, you'll champion the people leadership process to ensure that staff have access to the tools and support that they need to realise their full potential. Driven and tenacious, you will lead the teams in your region to achieve business growth, revenue targets through the embedded CIS principles, and ensure risk management and compliance standards are maintained.
As a proven business leader, you are passionate about developing a high-performing team and you are excited about the opportunities that come with inspiring a team to excel. Well-networked within the local-market, you have proven relationship building skills with the ability to drive change and influence successful outcomes with existing and new customers.
