Responsible for total customer satisfaction with designated airlines and maintenance facilities. In this role, you will work with customers in part of the Goodrich Aerostructures Service Center Asia (GASCA) region.

Will support the U.S.-based (California) Spares team. Primary emphasis on Spare Parts, Nacelle (Inlet Cowl, Fan Cowl, Nozzles and the "QEC" Kit the final Engine Build-up parts) and Thrust Reverser major component sales to airlines, as well as Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) customers.

Coordinate Goodrich Aerostructures MRO Long Term Agreement contract opportunities with Goodrich MRO network and Goodrich Integrated Nacelle Solutions Value Stream. Includes achieving Memorandum of Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU's/MOA's) with the customer.

Will coordinate with teams, including Aftermarket Technical Services (Airline Support Managers, Purchasing, Pricing and Analysis, Warranty, Spares, Provisioning and Finance teams.

Will support Commercial Airline Sales Spares Policy Deployment Progress Review (PDPR) and Sales Campaigns.

Establish long-term relationships with new and existing customers, and strategic teaming partners. Maintain current and potential client contacts and partnerships and respond to inquiries.

Meet and/or exceed established metrics (revenue production, close ratio, forecast accuracy, client interaction).

Prepare reports on all visits to customers using the designated reporting tool and present timely reports to management, detailing selling efforts, customer relationships, competitive activity and strategies, customer service issues, etc.

Participate in and complete company-required training programs.

Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.

Minimum 10 years experience in aerospace Aftermarket Business, Technical Services or Program Management required with a focus on sales, business development or marketing.

Must have a good understanding of market and customer needs within aerospace or airlines.

Must have experience in either sales or commercial role with a solid track record of securing sales.

English language and writing skills required.

Cultural knowledge and additional language skills appropriate for the region preferred. Prefer proficiency in Mandarin (writing and speaking).

Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
