Regional Business Support Manager - Finance
Great opportunity to join a leading technology player in a finance and operations management lead role.
This US technology company has built up a fantastic reputation for the delivery of complex, multi-location outsourcing contracts to many of the world's top corporations.Singaporeis the Asia Pacific headquarters and carries out all major functions here.
Reporting to the General Manager for Service Delivery, the Regional Business Support Manager will be responsible for all finance and operations management for the business unit. This will include all operational and financial metrics, business unit budgets, business control and procedures and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all operational effectiveness and efficiencies
- Drive all financial budgets, forecasts and actuals - liaising with stakeholders across the business
- Lead service delivery cost management
- Actively participate in account reviews - health checks/overall performance
- Lead operational/cost optimisation activities where required
To be successful in this role you will have
- A degree in finance/accounting, engineering, management
- 8+ years work experience in a technology environment (ideally outsourcing)
- Strong operations and finance planning experience
- Good accounting understanding
- Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
- Strong influencing and communication skills - able to get your point across to senior management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
