Regional Campaign Manager – Direct Marketing recruitment
Join one of the worlds largest and most diverse niche insurers, operating across 20 countries. Unrivaled in their performance and diverse portfolio my client is looking for an experienced Direct Marketing professional to join their Asia Pac Life Health team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide input on strategy and rollout plans
- Work closely with Client Managers in the development of campaign pilot and rollout of programs, provide guidance/ knowledge transfer, and recommendations on clients' marketing initiatives, marketing plans and sharing of best practice (launch planning and justification analysis)
- Ensure all campaign management protocols and steps in the customer experience from pre-sale to post-sale are in place
- Analyse partner database and come up with recommendations for testing and campaign structure (channel, product positioning by segment, price points, resources planning)
- KPI setup regular monitoring campaign performance, identifying areas of improvement/testing opportunity, and reporting
- Derive key learning's from campaigns and work with Client Managers on post campaign review
- Work closely with Client Managers in the day-to-day regular maintenance and growth of programs
- Work closely with product initiative teams in developing propositions
Requirements -
- Minimum 8 years experience within alternate distribution in Asia, either in insurance, or financial services industry
- Hands on campaign management experience in working with business partners to collaborate on database marketing programs
- Experienced in testing methodologies and customer data analytics techniques
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end alternate distribution sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple campaigns across a range of markets
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple marketing partners across a range of markets
- Quick decision-making
- Good external internal coordinator
- Solid knowledge of life health insurance products
