Regional Cash Management Specialists recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio consisting of mainly US and European-based Cash Management and Trade Finance clients, focusing primarily on cash management, with complex global treasury needs across various countries.
To structure and deliver the bank’s Cash Management solutions to key clients operating in the respective countries through client pitches, presentations, and responses to requests for proposal. The product areas covered would include the Bank's Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, Client Channels and System Integration solutions.
To partner closely with the product managers, product structuring specialists and other colleagues from the bank to ensure high quality delivery throughout the sales life-cycle.
He / She will also have to work closely with various in-country sales teams within the APAC region to deliver regional Cash Management solutions to regional treasury centres located in their respective hubs.

To keep abreast of clients’ needs, current market trends, intelligence and other developments so as to provide inputs to Product Management as well as to enhance clients’ relationships.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
•    University Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
•    Minimum 5-10 years of experience with proven success in major financial institution in a sales, product or implementation role.
•    Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communications skills.
•    The drive, ability and passion to identify, pursue and close deals.
•    A strong team player as well as the ability to work independently.
•    Excellent analytical, sales, communication and presentation skills
•    Strong interpersonal and project management skills to communicate at all levels and the ability to manage and work closely with various internal stakeholders
•    Ability to work to tight deadlines and some flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
•    Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
