Regional Chief Financial Officer Schedule : Full-time Shift : Day Hourly Rate : Depending on Experience Job Category : Executive Location : California-Torrance Providence is calling a Regional Chief Financial Officer to Providence Health Services in California. We are seeking a senior executive to provide strategic operational leadership, management, and direction for financial services activities. In this position you will: Provide the leadership necessary to maximize financial return, quality, cost effectiveness and responsiveness through working with internal and external stakeholders to promote the achievement of company?s Mission, Vision, strategies, and goals of Providence Health Services. Focus the team and organization units on visions and distinctive strategies in the development, implementation and evaluation of the delivery system. Collaborate with the executive team in the accomplishment of each entity?s financial and strategic objectives. Required qualifications for this position include: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or a Bachelor's degree with commensurate education and experience A minimum of ten years of progressive responsibility in financial management, strategic planning, long range financial planning, service line development, risk based contracting (health system and physician group) and related operations A minimum of five years experience in a financial leadership role Experience with philanthropic foundations Preferred qualifications for this position include: Health system level CFO experience with an integrated health delivery system, including experience in acute care, long-term care, sub-acute care, hospice care, palliative care, physician group practices, home health, hospice, palliative care and related inpatient and outpatient services About the department you will serve.
