Regional Communications Manager recruitment

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Internal communications

  1. Writing announcements for Regional CEO and other Regional ExCom members for their internal messaging
  2. Developing key messages for management team members when presenting to staff on organisational developments
  3. Launching and communicating about key initiatives as Ambition AXA internally including the two pillars (culture of trust and achievement and customer centricity) and other Group Communications activities such as Shareplan and AXA Miles
  4.  Develop specific communications actions for departments like RHR, AXA U, Regional Finance, IT and Regional Marketing, including regional ‘departments’ like LD, CB, Compliance and IT Security and subjects like Manager’s Toolkit and Leadership Framework.
