Regional Controller Southern Europe recruitment

In order to reinforce the Southern Europe framework, the company is looking for a:

                                                         Regional Controller
                                                          Southern Europe
 

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to Regional MD Southern Europe he/she will assist his manager by providing overviews, details, analyses, alternatives, proposals, budgets and other financial items and, in general, all the information needed to enable the Regional MD to better achieve the Region’s targets and objectives. He/she has the functional responsibility over the accountants of the Company.

Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for ensuring an appropriate internal control through the following duties:

•    Ensuring that the Company’s assets are properly safeguarded and efficiently and effectively used. Identification of areas of risk.
•    Ensuring that the Company and its employees comply to procedures, rules and instructions.
•    Ensuring that the Company and its employees adhere to Plans and Objectives. Timely warning.
•    Ensuring Reliable and Timely Reporting, including cooperation with External Auditors.

Qualifications:

•    Master Degree in Business Management. At least 5 years experience in a similar job within an international environment.
•    English, French and Italian language skill is a must.
•    Knowledge of Hyperion is an asset. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PP and Outlook is required.
•    To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate team working, business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership and communication skills.
•    Availability to regular travelling to Spain and France is required.
