Regional Credit Director
This is a highly visible role as the Asia Pacific Credit Director for a leading US MNC. Our client is a Fortune 100 company and has a well regarded brand name. They have been experiencing rapid growth in the region and continue to have rapid expansion plans.
They are currently looking to recruit am Asia Pacific Credit Director to lead the credit function for the region.
Reporting to the Global Head of Credit, this role will manage a high performing team of credit professionals. You will provide leadership on the credit function, and determine credit strategies as well as developing risk mitigation strategies and techniques. You will also be responsible for executing competitive customer financing programs and solutions. In addition, you will also develop pro active approaches to credit management, including performance measurement tools and reporting capabilities to facilitate timely decision making.
Ideally, you have at least 15 year's relevant experience in credit, structured finance, treasury and finance. You have demonstrated leadership experience with leading multinationals. Experience in credit structuring, such as leverage finance and structured finance will be advantageous. Experience in lending to channel partners will be advantageous. You possess strong commercial acumen and good influencing skills. Strong communication skills and people management
