Regional Customer Service Manager recruitment
Job Description
- Experience with Customer Service management on a regional (Asian ) level
- Excellent people management skills with at least 4-5 years proven experience of managing a department located indifferent locations
- Outstanding in English, Mandarin a distinct advantage
- Understanding of requirements of customers, banking and project delivery
- Experienced in safeguarding a maintenance revenue stream
- Vendor experience a distinct advantage
- Strategic thinker but not afraid to dig in to the details when required
- Flexible personality and a good team builder
- Should have experience with conflict handling since conflicts might arise both internally within the department as well as with customers so a high level diplomacy is a must
- Sees possibilities/opportunities rather than problems
- Can operate independently within given frames
- The function requires regular travelling within the region
