Regional Delivery Director recruitment
As the Regional Delivery Director for this global US Bank, you will be a critical member of the business Technology department. Some key responsibilities include:
- Determine organizational objectives
- Develop process, strategy, management of delivery of products / services
- Business plans
- Multi-site management
- Budget/forecast management
- Building business relationships and ensuring delivery expectations are in alignment with the customer’s expectations.
Requirements:
- 7 years experience in a sales or customer service role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and negotiating skills and excellent interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
- Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
- Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
- Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
- Excellent consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Proficient in English
- May be responsible for a specific area of specialization
