Regional Desktop Support Manager recruitment
A leading multi-national financial services company requires a Regional Desktop Support Manager to be based at their offices located in Central London. This role will be managing around 40 other staff directly.
The successful candidate will be coordinating and managing technology support for the office environment across multiple operating companies at multiple sites within a geographic region. You will be providing guidance for technical solutions that address business and office requirements. You will be expected to proactively engage business leaders across all operating companies to ensure infrastructure technology needs, services, and support are delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed metrics.
Role Responsibilities:
This is a very business facing position; the client is looking for somebody that can provide a first class service to the business, undertaking staff appraisals, oversee new hires and someone who has a proven track record of solid man management.
Essential Skills Experience:
• Previous Desktop Support Management exposure
• Managed teams of 40+
• Very good knowledge of business infrastructure
• Willingness to travel across multiple sites
• Experience of managing high level projects
