Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

1.Profitability~ gather new assets

2.Profitability~ retain existing assets

3.Develop and execute territory business plan

4.Recruit new advisor relationships and attend B/D conferences

5.Expand scope of existing advisor relationships

6.Master sales process and knowledge of all programs and products

7.Continue education and training within the investment industry

8.Train advisors to deliver the investment story and process

9.Assist advisors in closing end-investor business

10. Support advisor marketing programs to end-investor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related major

• 8 years industry experience with 5 of those years in Sales

• Willingness to Travel

• Series 7 65 or 66 licenses

• Must be self-motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic, a team player, and well versed in the investment industry

• Strong speaking and listening skills

• Mastery and implementation of Salesforce and Marketo
