This client is a leading life insurance company who has a strong presence in the global stage. Serving customers in over 60 countries, this life insurance giant has a strong intention to further establish themselves as the market leader. With a strategic and structure development plan, my client is seeking for a professional at the highest level to become their Regional Head of Corporate Development.
Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of developing MA opportunities by utilising your existing knowledge in the market. You will have heavy involvement in make important business decisions at executive level. You will also be responsible for identifying potential targets in the market and you will be leading a dynamic team through the execution process.
You will have a minimum of 10 years life insurance experience within Mergers and Acquisitions with at least 3 of those having been spent within the Asian market. Your experience will include management of business development operations and you will have a proven track record of MA deals coupled with exceptionally strong negotiation skills. Your strong network in the financial sector will be greatly valued and in return, you will be offered an excellent MA career with fantastic job nature.
