Executive Leadership Role:
As the Regional Director, Renal Services you lead the strategic and operational planning, integration, implementation, delivery and evaluation of Renal care across all of Interior Health.  Renal services are delivered within a combination of Tertiary, Acute and Community sites, following a patient centered program management model of health program design and delivery. 

In partnership with the Medical Director Renal Services, you play a key role in the system design, implementation, and sustainability of an integrated clinical program for Renal care services in collaboration with Operations, Practice, Corporate and Patient Advisory leaders.

You are a strategic, collaborative leader able to foster strong internal relationships at the senior leadership level, as well as effective external relationships within the community, across other health authorities and at the provincial government level.

The ideal candidate will be a Masters prepared Health Care Leader with at least seven to ten years recent, related experience within a large multi site, geographically diverse organization.

Knowledge of BC Health Care systems would be considered an asset.
