My client is a multiple winner of the Accountancy Age Awards for Excellence and they are a Top 50 UK Accountancy Practice. They currently have offices around the UK.

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Accountant. This is a position which will give the successful applicant the freedom to shine and demonstrate their flair and outstanding abilities to the full. Our client is looking for an Accountant who can, not only put accounts together, but who will network, build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service. The company will pass on regular multiple leads for new clients and it will be expected that exceptional service will generate new clients via word of mouth.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
*Responsible for the accounts of clients
*Ensure all customer communications exceed client expectations
*Attending suitable networking events, meeting clients and prospects
*Implement KPI's and ensure that they are met, or counter-measured with corrective action plans
*Ensure best practice both to clients and internal working practices
*Update regularly (and report to) the Operations Director
*People management of a team

Person specification:
*Self-motivated, passionate, determined, ambitious
*FIRST CLASS customer service skills
*Driven, autonomous, self motivated and hands on
*Ideally Accounting Practice experience
*Accounting qualifications e.g. ACCA
*Excellent communication skills
*Self sufficient and able to work to own initiative
