The Regional Facilities Manager Lead ensures the delivery of high quality facilities services at all managed sites in the Southeastern region. Oversee the performance of JCI to ensure they consistently deliver quality, timely and efficient services that comply and with all contractual SLAs. Serve as relationship manager to our key customers, engage them on an operational and strategic level and ensure we provide them the necessary support as they pursue the implementation of their business plans. Take an ownership role of the TD Look to ensure we and our business partners are embracing the look and feel of our culture. Actively participate in the development and management of capital and expense budgets.

- Ensure that our facilities as presented to and used by our Customers are up the standards and consistently delivering the WOW! experience to them.
- Ensure that these facilities are clean, safe and welcoming to our Customers
- Takes accountability for creating a positive Employee Experience for their team as a whole
- Work directly with US Real Estate leads on all FM related initiatives, projects and issues
- Interface with all levels of management in organization, particularly the Retail Ops Team, to ensure we are consistently delivering superior service to them
- Ensure proper support for all new store openings
- Coordinate and oversee implementation of numerous projects in the stores and office buildings
- Participates in civic activities to promote growth and development of the community and positive image for the Company
- Participate in development, monitoring and management of the TD Bank occupancy budget of $380M
- Manage results for controllable accounts of Utilities, Maintenance, Grounds and Janitorial
- Participate in regular budget discussions and provide analysis, insight and solutions for budget variances
- Work to develop the annual and long term capital plan and ensure adequate funding maintained to keep properties in quality condition
- Ensures effective compliance with all job-relevant State and Federal regulations, including, but not limited to Employee policies, procedures, CRA, EEO/AA, as well as all job-relevant Risk Management and Corporate Standards.

Requires
- 4year degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years related experience
- Strong managerial skills needed, ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge and understanding of building and construction codes and applicable laws, ordinances and regulations
- Experience with building and mechanical systems operations
- Demonstrated supervisory, project management, vendor management, negotiation and leadership skills
- Experience and working knowledge with engineering reports, blueprints, mechanical and construction specifications
