Regional Finance Director – APAC recruitment

A market leading and well established listed MNC, our client has an impressive track record and is well positioned for continued growth within the APAC region. An exciting opportunity now exists for a Regional Director of Finance.
Based in Singapore and with dual reporting lines to the Regional Managing Director and Group CFO, this key role will see you responsible for all financial matters across the business requiring you to provide financial leadership and operational decision support, partnering closely with the regional leader. The Finance Director is vital to the strategic direction of the company, with your key objective to ensure business success by aligning people, enabling infrastructure and decisions to achieve business growth and strategic results.
To qualify, individuals must ideally possess:
- Chartered accountancy qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years proven experience in a regional finance leadership role, working for an MNC in Asia-Pacific
- A strong balance of commercial and finance skills
- Highly developed people management experience in multiple geographies
- Proven track record of developing business processes and implementing best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at senior management and board level
