Regional Finance Director recruitment
As the CEO’s right-hand man, you are responsible for several European countries including France.
Your main task is to guarantee the accuracy of the financial information in accordance with rules and processes.
You manage a team of about 30 employees and your management scope includes controlling, financial planning and analysis, accounting, purchase, legal and reporting.
You will have to structure and produce the financial and accounting reporting in order to clarify the performance of the group for the Europe and US management and for the shareholders.
You introduce a new organisation and optimize current processes (EMEA consolidated accounts)
You define the key performance and control indicators.
In addition, you take part to the company strategy and growth projects.
You will be the key contact within the company (General and Operational Management) and for external customers (auditors, tax administration, lawyers, bankers…)
