REGIONAL FINANCE HEAD recruitment
Job Description :
• Oversee the Finance function of the Bank in Asia Region and lead the Finance team to maintain financial control in H.Q. and branches in Asia.
• Responsible for asset and liability management, corporate planning and capital planning.
• Responsible for the bank-wide overall budget, forecast and expense control.
• Ensure the strategic corporate financial planning to satisfy Basel III capital and liquidity requirements
• Oversee the capital planning and fund raising to ensure sufficient capital and optimal level of CAR can be maintained by the bank.
• Responsible for the bank-wide overall budget, forecast and expense control and conduct effective Balance Sheet planning and management in accordance with strategic corporate plans
Job Requirement :-
• Degree in Finance with professional qualification, Fellow of CPA or ACCA
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in overseeing finance function for a bank with regional exposure.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements in Asia countries
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
