Regional Finance Manager – Insurance (Ref. no: RFM-I/LRP030712) recruitment

Our client is a leading international insurance business with a strong regional reputation. They are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager within their Regional Office.

You will be responsible for analysis on financial results and also the preparation of budgeting and forecasting. You will also be expected to improve and enhance budgeting and forecasting processes. Additionally you will support in financial reporting in accordance with international accounting standards, and will also need to assist with accounting policy set up throughout the business. You will also be involved in improving system and control processes around financial reporting and management reporting. Finally, you will also need to prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as requested for management and senior stakeholders.

You must be a degree holder with a professional accounting qualification. You will have 5 years of working experience, ideally gained within an insurance environment. Commercial experience is ideal, although Big 4 candidates will also be considered as long as with insurance experience and 5 years of working experience. You will have experience of IFRS and also have used SAP. You must be an analytical person with strong interpersonal skills and fluency in both written and spoken English.
