The Role
As the Finance Manager, you will be largely responsible for:
- coordinating with stakeholders to align with the growing business requirements
- specialising in generating professional business plans, and strategic tactics
- supporting the growth of the business and benefits of the company
- overseeing the planning and forecast process
- identifying any important risk factors
Your Profile
You will be a qualified accountant, ideally big 4 trained, with a minimum 7 years of experience gained from the insurance industry. Straight big 4 candidates with a good insurance client base will also be considered. You will have strong project management skills and you will also need excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
