Regional Financial Analysis Manager – Cost Management recruitment

Our client is a dynamic and fast growing international insurance group. This position sits in the Finance function in their Regional Head Office. With the rapid business growth, they are seeking for a highly capable and dynamic Financial Analysis Manager to lead the cost management, expense analysis, project evaluation, and other ad-hoc analysis for senior management critical decision making.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead a team of 6 to review the monthly analysis of Head Office expenses and manage the cost centre reports.  You will provide expert advice to the business on any cost management and efficiency problems and any remedial recommendation.  In addition to exercising financial analysis and cash management, you will lead on the short, medium and long term financial strategy, ensuring it is in line with the aggressive growth plans of the company. Hence, you will participate in review of project proposals covering business acquisition, expansion, etc.  You will perform financial evaluation and assessment including cost benefit analysis, cash flow projection, and financial ratio analysis.  This is a business partnership role where you will provide sound accounting advices on inter-company transactions and transfer pricing.  In the meantime you will provide constructive commercial recommendations to the CEO and other functional leaders on cost expense management ideas.
