Regional financial control Manager [Ref:Regional financial control Manager (P685)] recruitment

Your Role:

Regional Process Owner on Head office / Group reporting in ASIAPAC
Manage and execute accounting controls for 15 entities
Financial statements variance analysis Produce entity closing note
Quality control on adjustment by location/India production hub
Supervise and provide guidance to location and production hub in India on group reporting production
Monitor Monthly Accounting closing process with various departments (ie Product Control, Operations, and Human Resource etc.)
FX Position management for ASIAPAC entities
Provide expertise on accounting standards (IFRS/FRA) and prudential norms
Assist the team in new initiatives to align with Global mission statement
Steer and follow up on Operational Risk management within Accounting and Finance functions
Interlocutor for External and Internal Auditors in respect to audits mission (ie Statutory, Group, process audit mission)

Your Profile:

University graduate with Accounting qualification
Minimum 7 years financial reporting in banking industry / audit related experience
Strong understanding in investment banking products and related IFRS knowledge
Critical and strong analytical mind on Control function
Experienced in Head office / Group reporting in Accounting / Finance function
Strong experience in managing remote teams ie Share service center / outsourced production Hub
Committed and determined in Steering processes /Quality improvement with various departments in a organisation
Good communication skills
