Responsibilities:
You will lead an ambitious organization by going for market goals within credit and trading limits.
Searching for new clients and service existing clients within the shipping and supplier segments, exposed to fuel price fluctuations.
Bring the Singapore office to the next level in terms of clients, employees and profitability.

Requirements:
In-depth field sales management experience and risk management skills in oil industry.
At least 8-10 years relevant working experience.
Team management experience is a must for this position. We prefer a strong team leader.
You must have good understanding of Asia market.
Self-motivated, determined and persistent, driven by success.
The team results are more important than your personal results.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Able to negotiate in English. Other Asian language will be a plus for this role.
