Regional Head of Finance – Banking recruitment
The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the finance integrity and accuracy of the Bank's regional based businesses. You will lead a small team and will liaise with the relevant country heads and country finance managers with regards to finance related issues.
You will also review the monthly financials to ensure completeness and accuracy and provide business insights on the financial performance. You will oversee the reporting and financial controls of the regional and local subsidiaries and associate companies. You will liaise with external auditors and regulators to ensure that all companies comply with the accounting, regulatory and statutory requirements.
Job requirements
• Accounting qualification preferred but not essential
• Previous experience of working within a banking environment essential
• All round understanding of financial management
• Good understanding of IFRS, Corporate Tax and management reporting
• Regional experience will be desirable
