Regional Head of Network Service Delivery, Director – Investment Bank recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Manage network service for critical users and internal network infrastructure including perform network and firewall change request
• Working closely with the engineering team
• Understanding business initiatives and requirement to ensure IT solutions are feasible and cost effective
• Stakeholder management and vendor management
• Improving process, tools and procedures aligned to industry best practices
• Quantify, qualify and coordinate delivery of all business network requirements
• Determine the level of criticality and business impact
• Ensure the smoothness of network operation
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
• At least 8-10 years of working experience in networking environment and min. 3 years working experience in an investment bank
• Proven track record in network operation
• Must have extensive Vendor Management Experience
• First-rate network / voice and data engineering background
• Ability and track record of transforming network platforms across the region, utilizing the best of breed technologies
• Previous architecture experience is useful
• Strong leadership skills and experience of managing 30+ staffs
• A strong working understanding of WANs, LANs, TCP/IP and associated networking (routers, switches, firewall, proxy server and wireless controller)
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are essential
