Regional Head of Product Control recruitment
As a result they are looking for an experienced Product Control head to support their Asian trading desks, preferably based out of HK. This is a newly created role and will cover a broad spectrum of activities including PL product and reporting , PL attribution and price verification , new deal review and substantiation as well as ad-hoc projects. This role will be the most senior PC role in the region, with a reporting line back into the Regional CFO and into Americas PC. The role is specifically aimed at enhancing the relationship between middle and back offices and providing value add information to the business which has been lacking in the past.
To qualify for these positions you will require :
- 15+ years experience in Finance / Product Control in Investment Banking
- Strong business management and people management experience
- Exposure to International communication lines and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to drive and influence change
