A top-tier investment bank is looking for a Regional Head of Program Trading IT, based in Hong Kong
Responsibilities Requirements:
The role is responsible for running the regional program trading technology team in APAC. It includes managing the development team and providing an oversight of project implementation, planning, prioritization budget across the businesses to ensure on-going business delivery alignment. Providing a single point of escalation for business stakeholders in the APAC region, facilitate the interaction communication between business IT as well as across teams within outside the region, and become a face-off to compliance, operations, and internal audit to ensure right process, documentation, and controls are in place. Partner with business, operations and other application infrastructure leads to define the delivery roadmap and strategic platform and drive results towards a shared goal. The successful candidate must come from development background with strong stakeholders management skills, excellent business knowledge in program trading/delta1.
