Managing the operation and staff members of Structured Trade Middle Office, you will ensure proper operation risk control by measuring and managing the established risk indicators. You will provide professional advice to internal and external customers on structured trade and commodity finance transactions and work closely with business segments on development of new products and services. Jointly with Structured Trade Operations, you will work with business segments in establishing and enhancing the quality and service standards on structured trade processing. You will drive the quality, process, cost improvement and standardization initiatives, and develop, implement and enhance tracking mechanism to measure the cost, quality and service standards on an effective manner. You will implement new or enhanced policies, procedures, guidelines and risk management tools to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
You will have more than 10 years’ experience in structured trade and middle office control and monitoring functions. With strong leadership, management and organizational skills, you are a problem solver, people developer, good communicator and project manager. You are innovative and always willing embrace new ideas and changes.
