Regional Head of USU, Asia Pacific [Ref: P665-Regional Head of USU, Asia Pacific (KM)] recruitment

Your Role:

Leading the User support team in Asia Pacific. Ensure the efficiency and smooth production of the daily operations of the teams
Ensure a high quality of GTS services being delivered to the users in the regions
Manage and develop the User Support team in the regions to cope with company's growth
Able to guide and mentor the User Support Managers. Manage and motivate them to achieve continual improvement
Maintain a good relationship with the users and all other ITEC teams
Organize the team, maintain statistics, and provide necessary helpdesk and analysis reports to the management
Work closely with senior business users in the organization, advise on ITEC related matters and provide services and solutions
Leading and managing IT projects delivery for the region
Provide workarounds/solutions to the team to restore normal service operation for all reported incidents as quickly as possible, and with minimal impact to business

Acting as the bridge between technical teams and the users

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Your Profile:

Degree holder of Computer Science/Information Systems or related disciplines
At least 8 years of Helpdesk or IT related experience in banking or financial industry
At least 4 years experience of managing Help Desk operations in Investment Bank
Good working knowledge and understanding of Investment Banking business
Project management experience preferred
