Our client is a well renowned global leader in the Information Management Sector who is seeking to employ a Regional Human Resource Advisor to develop and lead their HR functions in New South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business while also having the ability to develop new human capital systems, procedures and processes.
In this diverse and challenging role you will be responsible for strategic and operational HR operations. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the HR initiatives and Human Capital Management operations
- Actively develop and action effective recruitment and performance management strategies
- Provide strategic direction and guidance on talent management, retention and succession planning initiatives
- Establish local HR policies and practices
- Reviewing and developing reward and remuneration structures
The successful candidate will need to have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management and 7+ years experience in a Generalist / Advisory role. In addition expert knowledge in employee relations and human resource management is essential. The ability to implement global policies and procedures effectively at the regional level is also a strong requirement of the role.
