We are currently seeking a Bilingual Regional Human Resources Manager ideally located in Northwest NJ or Southwest Ohio to oversee 6 growing locations for our client. The Regional Human Resources Manager designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover recruitment, retention, compensation analyses, employee relations, diversity, team building, safety and state/federal employment laws (i.e. ADA, EEO, HIPAA, FMLA, Worker's Compensation, etc.); relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; and leads and directs the work of others along side of the Regional Operations Manager. Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm - Experience in a Manufacturing or Multi-Unit Restaurant enviornment - Must Have 5-7 years of solid Generalist Experience with a wide range of HR experience - Must be willing to travel 50-70% of the time, Must have prior experience as a Road Warrier, handling mutliple locations - Self sufficient, able to plan on travel and act as own administrator - Must enjoy working with people, working in a team and have strong communication skills Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
