Regional Implementation Manager recruitment
Summary:
Our client, an international bank, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to join them as a Regional Implementation Manager to manage the team.
Responsibilities:
- To be the single point of contact for the client in the implementation process
- To ensure the quality, consistency and value of the services and solutions are delivered to clients
- To provide support in RFP/RPF process, product channel releases / commercialization
- To engage in project planning, customization, solution design, client training, system and post-implementation
Requirements:
- University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant is preferable.
- At least 8 years experiences in implementation process and project management experience is required.
- Strong knowledge in trade finance, cash management ,custody, fund service and FX
- Familiar with asset transitions, on boarding, transition management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
