Regional IT PMO Manager recruitment
Based from Singapore, this senior role requires a capable and experienced manager to lead and manage internal IT units and all IT vendors (direct indirect), aligning IT solutions so they are consistently on time and within budget by adopting PMO practices.
Your principal responsibilities are;
- Creating, implementing and running ITIL based PMO framework based solutions.
- Acting as PMO Champion being accountable for all maintenance, reference data and associated policies and procedures.
- Feeding the PMO framework to internal stakeholders.
- Supporting IT staff and vendors in the preparation, review and approval of projects.
- Manage operational aspects of PMO.
- Deliver and facilitate the regional CIO with weekly, monthly, quarterly project schedules and plans covering risk, geographical problem and issue management across business and product lines.
You will possess;
- 4-6 years of commercial project management experience
- PMO exposure within a financial services organisation
- Educated to a high level (BSc or MSc in a relevant subject)
- Excellent command of the English language. (Mandarin is advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a pressured environment.
