POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Lead Coordinator, HouseCalls Provider Relations works closely with the Manager of HouseCalls Provider Relations to oversee a regionally based segment of the overall HouseCalls practitioner network. The Regional Lead Coordinator will have supervision of departmental staff (i.e. Provider Relations Coordinators) and has the responsibility of ensuring that practitioner availability is being provided and effectively utilized, and that all practitioner issues are addressed timely and effectively.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supporting and coordinating management of all HouseCalls Provider Relations activity, issues, and outcomes across a specified geographic region.
Oversee staff of Provider Relations Coordinators to ensure practitioner availability is being provided as required and that all availability is assigned in an efficiently, timely, and appropriately.
Ensure all practitioner related complaints, grievances, and incidents are appropriately documented and addressed in a timely manner.
Work closely with HouseCalls Data Analysis team and Practitioner On-Boarding teams to ensure market needs are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
Contribute to communication strategies for HouseCalls network, as well as communication strategies with internal corporate constituents (e.g. Provider Relations field team, Compliance, etc.).
Work with other relevant company departments to ensure practitioners are being paid appropriately and that expenses are being managed appropriately.
Identify opportunities for improvement in HouseCalls Network operations in order to optimize network management, the HouseCalls program, and provider relations.
Responsible for working with Manager, HouseCalls Provider Relations to maintain positive and effective vendor relationships.
Work with Manager, HouseCalls Provider Relations to develop practitioner outreach strategies, incentive programs, practitioner recognition programs, and other strategies to maintain an efficient and well-functioning network of HouseCalls practitioners.
Responsible for assisting Provider Relations Manager with the management of your direct reports including but not limited to attendance, performance reviews, disciplinary action and ensuring there is an appropriate balance of work across staff.
Represent Care Improvement Plus and the HouseCalls program in a highly professional and polished manner.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree.
Provider relations experience preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience giving presentations and training groups of people.
Highly organized, detail oriented, and has the ability to follow-through on assignments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing staff.
Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adjust to change.
Ability to receive and process performance feedback.
Positive attitude, solution oriented.
