Do you want to join a team of over 50 In-House Lawyers across the APAC region?
If yes, this could be the role for you..............
- Drafting and negotiating agreements across a wide variety of funds
- Work closely with the regulators in Hong Kong including the SFC and HKMA
- Ability to handle a wide variety of work, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as intellectual property, employment and IT related matters
You will have:
- 8 + years PQE
- UK Qualified / HK Qualified
- Background across financial services such as funds, asset management, investment management and insurance
- English and Chinese language skills essential
- Solid experience in cross-border corporate and commercial matters
