Regional L&OD Manager recruitment
This UK-based service oriented organisation is one of the world's largest providers of business services. Due to an expansion, they are seeking Regional LOD Manager to join the HR team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to support the deployment of global and regional LD initiatives
- Responsible to manage and roll out performance management system to improve employee development processes
- Conceptualise and implement a Talent Management structure for the region
- Design, develop and implement strategic OD initiatives to assist business efficiency and shaping the organisation's culture
- Responsible for the Employee Engagement Survey and the follow up actions across the region
- Develop and manage relationships with external providers to ensure high quality and effective delivery of services
Job Requirements:
- Degree with 7 years of LD/OD/TM experience in a MNC
- Good knowledge and skills in LD/OD/TM including course design and adult learning styles
- Strong communicator with excellent written and presentation skills
- Ability to manage conflict and challenge at senior levels through consultative approach
- Ability to plan effectively and comfortable in a fluid environment
